You get two online video coaching sessions. The first is an introductory conversation where I learn about you.
I talk WITH you about who you are: what’s important to you, your values, where you’ve been, your current life situation, and where you’re trying to go.
I review what you’ve done so far in your job search. And if you haven’t started, I can help with that too!
I then create a tailored plan (I don’t do generic) based on our conversation, specific to your career field and your life: strategies you haven’t tried, job boards you’ve probably never heard of, trainings and certifications that will boost your skills and your resume, etc.
After I’ve created your career strategy plan, we will reconnect for your second coaching session to review the plan. The second session will also include:
Our time together is about YOU and what you need. If you don’t need salary negotiation coaching, I’m not going to force that on you. And if you need extra help in a certain area, like job interview preparation, we will do that!
